Relational Skills Lab

Tools for Boundaries, Self-Trust, and Healthier Relationships

The Relational Skills Lab is a structured, skills-based therapy group designed for adults who find themselves overgiving, people-pleasing, or losing their sense of self in relationships.

Many people were never taught how to pause before reacting, set healthy boundaries, or communicate clearly when emotions run high. This group focuses on building those practical relational skills in a supportive and structured setting.

Over six sessions, participants learn and practice tools for emotional regulation, communication, boundary-setting, and decision-making in relationships. The group emphasizes active skill development, guided feedback, and applying what you learn between sessions in everyday interactions.

This is not an open-ended processing group. Sessions are structured and focused on building practical tools that support healthier relationships and stronger self-trust.

What Participants Will Work On

• Recognizing emotional triggers in relationships
• Learning how to pause before reacting in conflict
• Setting boundaries without escalating tension
• Communicating clearly instead of defensively
• Strengthening self-trust in relational decisions
• Practicing healthier responses in real-time conversations

Group Details

• 6 weekly sessions
• 75-minute online sessions
• Limited to 6–8 participants
• Structured, skills-based format
• Private pay: $375 for the full 6-week program
• Participants must be located in Ohio

Getting Started

Participation begins with a brief consultation to ensure the group is a good fit. Because space is limited, enrollment is offered on a first-come, first-served basis after screening.
