Group Therapy at Wildflower Wellness Group

Group therapy at Wildflower Wellness Group is structured, skills-based, and focused on meaningful change. Our groups are intentionally small and designed for people who want practical tools.

  • Relational Skills Lab
Tools for boundaries, self-trust, and healthier relationships

A 6-session, skills-based therapy group for adults who struggle with overgiving, people-pleasing, or losing themselves in relationships. Sessions are structured and focused on building practical relational skills that support healthier boundaries, stronger self-trust, and more balanced connections.

The group focuses on learning and practicing skills related to boundaries, emotional regulation, communication, and decision-making. Participants apply these skills in real time, receive guided feedback, and practice using them between sessions in everyday relationships.

    Group details:
    • 6 weekly sessions
    • Limited to 6 participants
    • Structured, skills-based format
    • Pre-screening required to ensure fit

Participation begins with a brief consultation to ensure this group is the right fit.ption text goes here

Group therapy at Wildflower Wellness Group is a structured, skills-based approach designed to help adults build healthier relationships through real-world practice. Instead of only talking about problems, group therapy allows you to learn and apply practical skills for boundaries, emotional regulation, communication, and self-trust in real time. Working in a guided, supportive group setting helps clarify patterns, reduce blind spots, and stay focused on measurable progress. Practicing new ways of relating with feedback builds momentum between sessions, making group therapy especially effective for people who feel stuck in repeating relationship patterns or overwhelmed by overgiving and people-pleasing.
