What therapy costs, and the insurance we take
Most of our clients come to us through insurance. Below is what we are in-network with, what a session costs if you are paying yourself, and how to check your own coverage before your first appointment.
Insurance
Do you take insurance?
Yes. Wildflower Wellness Group is in-network with a number of insurance providers, and we continue to expand our coverage.
Coverage still varies from plan to plan, even inside the same company. If we are in-network with yours, what you pay is set by your plan — usually a copay, coinsurance, or whatever is left on your deductible.
You can confirm your mental health benefits, copay, deductible and any limit on the number of sessions by calling your insurer. Or tell us your plan when you reach out, and we will check it for you.
Self-pay rates
What a session costs without insurance
These are our standard rates. Session length can be adjusted based on your goals and preferences.
We would rather you know the numbers up front than sit and worry about them. If cost is the thing standing in your way, say so when you reach out and we will be straight with you about what is possible.

- A comprehensive evaluation, history review, and collaborative treatment planning. This is your first appointment.

Using insurance? These are self-pay rates, before insurance is applied. If we are in-network with your plan, you pay what your plan sets instead — a copay, coinsurance, or the remainder of your deductible.
Out-of-network
If we are not in-network with your plan
You may still be eligible for partial reimbursement from your insurance company.
We give you a superbill
You pay our self-pay rate at the time of your session, and we give you a superbill — an itemized receipt built for insurance. You submit it to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.
How much comes back varies
Reimbursement depends entirely on your plan and your out-of-network benefits. Ask your insurer what percentage of an out-of-network mental health session they cover before you start.
Paying without insurance? You have the right to a Good Faith Estimate — a written estimate of what your care is expected to cost. Just ask and we will put one together for you.
