The Right Therapist Changes Everything

Professional mental health therapy that helps you move forward.

At Wildflower Wellness Group, we provide thoughtful, results-oriented therapy for individuals seeking meaningful change. Our licensed clinicians combine clinical expertise with a grounded, human approach—so therapy feels clear, supportive, and purposeful, not confusing or overwhelming.

Our therapists bring different specialties and styles, but we share the same commitment: helping you feel understood, capable, and supported as you work through anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and stress. We offer both in-person therapy and secure online sessions to meet you where you are.

Josh Adkins, LISW-S, LICDC

Most people don’t start looking for a therapist because things are going great—they’re overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or tired of carrying the same patterns that aren’t working anymore.

That’s where I come in.

I use EMDR, CBT, and solution-focused work to help you actually do something about it—not just talk in circles. We’ll get clear on what’s going on, reduce the intensity of what you’re feeling, and build practical steps so you can move forward with more control and confidence.

Straightforward, honest, and focused on results.

What to expect

Start by filling out our contact form. We will reach out by phone, email, or text—whatever you prefer—and help schedule a session with a therapist who fits your needs.

Your first session can be in person or online. You will talk about what is bringing you in, what you hope to work on, and ask any questions you have. Feeling nervous is normal. You do not need to have everything figured out.

Therapy is collaborative and paced around you. We focus on what matters most, build practical skills, and work toward meaningful, realistic change.
