The Right Therapist Changes Everything
Professional mental health therapy that helps you move forward.
At Wildflower Wellness Group, we provide thoughtful, results-oriented therapy for individuals seeking meaningful change. Our licensed clinicians combine clinical expertise with a grounded, human approach—so therapy feels clear, supportive, and purposeful, not confusing or overwhelming.
Our therapists bring different specialties and styles, but we share the same commitment: helping you feel understood, capable, and supported as you work through anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and stress. We offer both in-person therapy and secure online sessions to meet you where you are.
Sarg Engle, LISW-S, LICDC
Compassionate and straightforward, Sarg helps clients navigate trauma, addiction recovery, and life transitions with honesty and care. She blends trauma-informed therapy with practical strategies to help you make lasting changes.
Mindy Haaf, LPCC-S, LICDC-CS
Mindy creates a calming, supportive environment where clients can process trauma, manage emotions, and build resilience. Her collaborative approach ensures you always feel heard and respected.
Josh Adkins, LISW-S, LICDC
“I believe deeply in trauma work because I’ve seen people process things they never thought they could actually work through.”
If that’s where you are, I want you to know this work matters to me. I’ll be direct, steady, and structured, but I’m also going to care about the person sitting in front of me. My goal is for you to feel understood, supported, and confident that we have a real plan.
What to expect
Start by filling out our contact form. We will reach out by phone, email, or text—whatever you prefer—and help schedule a session with a therapist who fits your needs.
Your first session can be in person or online. You will talk about what is bringing you in, what you hope to work on, and ask any questions you have. Feeling nervous is normal. You do not need to have everything figured out.
Therapy is collaborative and paced around you. We focus on what matters most, build practical skills, and work toward meaningful, realistic change.
