What I love most about this work is meeting you exactly where you are. Some people want to start with small, manageable steps. Others would rather dive in and take things head-on. Both work. We go at the pace you set.
I have worked with a lot of people over the years, and the thing that keeps proving true is that no two are the same — so I am not going to hand you a template. We will find the approach that plays to your strengths, whether that means untangling negative thought patterns, working through the stress life is throwing at you, building coping skills, or figuring out what self-care actually looks like in your life.
No issue is too small, and nothing is too overwhelming to work through together.
I am straightforward. You will not have to guess what I am thinking or where I am coming from, and I am not going to sugarcoat things. I will also tell you honestly when something seems worth pushing on, because that is usually where the real growth happens. Direct is not the same as harsh, though — I care about the people I work with, and you will always have me in your corner.
